Good to bad
Second set of Monstas first set great loved them great traction in wet and dry conditions, second set no traction dangerous in the wet have to be gentle on the throttle and slide out on corners driving sedately. Feels like compound is wrong going to remove as will end up crashing.

Worth the money.
Very impressed with little wear on highway driving & no road noise at all. In loose dry beach sand & dunes the tyres give you confidence that you can go anywhere.

Best 4x4 tyre on the market
The Monsta tyres are the best value 4x4 tyre on the market. They are very quiet onroad and perform amazing in the wet. They do very well offroad and on the sand. Its an all round tyre that is the best value for money. White raised lettering option give you the option of what look you want also. They are all over the roads in Australia whereever I look

Really good tyre
I put these tyres on my new 4wd because I didn't like the factory tyres. I'd never heard of Monsta, but I bought them because they were a really good price and I liked the tread pattern (and I also like the white lettering). I'm a tradie and carry some heavy loads. I've just done 58000km with them (95% on road) and there's still a bit of tread left. I run them at 40PSI. Not sure if that's recommended or not, but at that pressure they are really quiet and comfortable. I'm in the process of researching replacement tyres at the moment. I considered upgrading to Goodrich TA's, but after comparing prices, I will probably just get another set of Monstas. Overall I've been very happy with them. Can't fault them.

too noisy
A reasonable tire except for the road noise. They wear well, & they handle OK too if you put at least 38psi in them. If you inflate them any lower they feel loose because the sidewalls flex a lot. They are brilliant in the rain on wet sealed roads. But not much good in the sticky type mud. They are a little soft and its easy to tear chunks out of them on rocky terrain, so avoid sharp rocks as much as possible. But they are better than most other cheapies & U can't complain about their price

Read the reviews before you buy it.
The tire is not durable enough, in terms of performance it is good.

Very Poor and Soft
Have had them on for about 8000km and have already gone through 50% of the tread. All black top driving, no off road. Wife just tore the side wall open, parking against a gutter that was cracked. Very soft tyre, very soft sidewall, would hate to actually take them offroad. Stay away from these tyres!

A big surprise
I bought these based on price only thinking I'll get about 15-20000 km. 47000 km around the Top End and in rough country they're still going never even a flat. My spare hasn't ever been on the road. Had a service today a d the the report said 10000km left in them. Will definitely buy again.

Why I would buy MONSTA
The thing that drew me to the Monsta Terrain grippa first was the price. Great deal for the quality. They may be a little noisier than a lot of all terrain tyres but they have out performed other A/Ts off road by far which I feel is a fair compromise in my books. By all means they are not loud on the black stuff just a little louder than what you would expect from an A/T tyre. With some more aggressive block type pattern tyres you can start to get some uneven wear or scalloping. This has not been the case so far and being lazy bugger I am some times it has been close to 15000km between rotations so I am super happy with how they are wearing. Great side wall protection with the tread lugs formed over the shoulder which gives you piece of mind when running lower pressures. All in all I am happy with the MONSTA Terrain Gripper A/Ts at this stage and would recommend them just hope I get a decent mileage from them now.
