2013 FORD TERRITORY
Value for Money
Bought the car in 2014 and each year asked the service mechanic, when do i need to change the tyres . Each year , it was " will last you another year ". So here in 2020 , he says that in about 5000k probably will need to get a new set - must either be the good tyres or my good driving - maybe both !!!

2016 Ford Territory
Factory Ford Territory tyres.
Have been a great tyre but hard to keep in balance. But because they are factory equipment I would use them again I’ve always preferred Goodyear tyres over most other brands as they have always been the nicest ride.

2015 Ford Territory Titanium
Great Tyres, god all round SUV tyre.
Have had 2 Territories, first one was a AWD Ghia, traded at 175k, it had 3 sets of Forteras, 80k, 65k and good at 30k when traded. 2nd Territory is an SZ2 AWD Titanium, presently on second set, first set 80k, second set 53.5k and should be good for another 10-15k. Often tow our horse float, with horse exceeds 2.2t. Regularly rotate tryes.

poor performance
low tyre life very poor performance for the travelers out there might be ok for short runs in city but look for more
reliable life tyres if you like to caravan. I have never gotten less than 60.000klsout of tyres but these only did 43.000kls car still in warranty and Ford said tyres are shot

2012 Ford Territory TS RWD
55,000 Km Good Tyre
2012 Ford Territory TS RWD , back tyres lasted 55,000 front tyres still going . Tyres have never been rotated . Good on road and off road performance . Should of rotated the tyres , would of lasted longer . Had A few nails go through them were fixable .

Ford Territory Titanium
27,000 km and they are done
Original set lasted me 27,000 and so have the second. It seems to be the magic number. I have the titanium AWD diesel and have gone through 2 sets since new 4 years ago. Haven t even hit 60k yet. I keep the pressure under control as I bought a compressor to pump them up at home after the first set died. They wear on the inside and outside of the tyres. It s the family cat for picking up kids etc Total rubbish especially given the cost of them. don t buy them.

2007 Ford Territory Ghia AWD dual fuel, and 2012 Territory Titanium AWD diesel
Great tyres
Had a 2007 ford territory ghia AWD petrol and had log fitted, for 5.5 years. Achieved over 70,000 km on the original set of Fortera tyres, same on the first replacement set, and fitted a third set before trading in on a 2012 ford territory titanium AWD diesel. The original Fortera tyres on the diesel have now done just over 69,000 km and I am looking at the Fortera tyres again.

2006 Ford Territory TS AWD.
No good anymore.
We had a fantastic run out of the original Fortera s from new with around 80K. Then tried Yokohama Geolanders and was annoyed with only 35K out of them. Went back to Fortera s thinking we would get a similar run as the original ones. Boy am I annoyed. Looks as though we ll get about 27K out of them. I check pressures fortnightly and had them rotated each 5-10,000K s. I heard they are now manufactured in China, which isn t always a bad thing, but in this case I reckon it s unfortunately hurting what was a good reputation. I certainly won t be back for another set. Poor form Goodyear.

2015 Ford Territory Titanium Diesel RWD
80560 Km and still roadworthy! (just)
I leased a new Ford Territory Titanium RWD Diesel in October 2015 for my weekly 1500 Km(+) commute (Melbourne to Canberra and back every weekend, plus 200 Km of Canberra city driving) and am stoked with the car, (7.5 ltres per 100 Km, better than my old Subaru Liberty!) and the Goodyear Fortera tyres.
I m now back in Melbourne permanently and the Terror isn t my daily driver (used 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander with cheap chinese tyres from Jax) I just use it for my every second weekend 640 Km country drive to East Gippsland to visit my elderly mother.
For distance driving, I couldn t be more pleased with the Goodyear Fortera s. the Ford dealer told me at the last (75,000 Km) service that they were shot, blah blah blah, in the hope that I d buy new tyres from the dealership there and then, but as I wasn t born yesterday, I checked the tyres myself to see only even wear, and not even close to the tread blocks. Service Managers are obviously cut from the same cloth as car salesmen........
Now that I ve cracked 80,000 Km I ll replace them as a set, even though I reckon I could get another 5K from the fronts, and 20K from the rears. Great tyres!

Ford Territory
Almost 100k out of the original set.
Bought an ex demo 2013 TS Territory petrol RWD with 8k on the clock. I have since clocked up about 1000km per week mainly open road Fwy driving. At the moment I ve done 92k on the original set of tyres and they have almost worn down to the indicators. I check my tyre pressures fortnightly to monthly and maintain them at 38 psi. I m amazed at how great these tyres are and am surprised at some of the reviews where people only get about 30k out of them. My set have Made in China stamped on the side too. Anyways, I asked at my local tyre dealer how much for a replacement set and he quoted me $350 each for 235 55 18. I looked online on tyresales.com.au and can get them for just over $200 each!

2014 Ford Territory TS RWD
Excellent tyres
Had the tyres on Ford Territory TS brand new got 70,000 km over three years out of them. Rotated every 15,000 km kept tyre pressure at 40psi. A bit of off road driving but mainly highway. Limited towing of a 6x4 trailer with no issues. Had a sharp rock go through one tyre but was glued back in workshop and kept going fine.

Very happy with the Goodyear Fortera, I drive a Ford Territory TS Rear wheel drive. I drive regularly between Coffs Harbour and Newcastle in N.S.W and find them a great all-round Tyre with Low road noise but still great Off Road also. Ready to buy my 3rd set.Just shopping around trying to find the best price . .

Ford Territory Titanium RWD diesel
Terrible wear, comfortable ride
Only purchase if you have unlimited funds, as you will be replacing them regularly. Got 30,000k on my 2013 Ford Territory Titanium RWD diesel, with regular tyre pressure checks and inspections. Comfortable ride, decent handling, but nothing to write home about. And certainly poor value if they need to be replaced so often.
